Terms of Use

First I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my TOU.  Now on to the good stuff.  :)

1. Wherever you use my tag you MUST link it to: http://lysaspixelpalace.madebylysa.us, if I choose to register a new domain I will change this link.  There are no exceptions.  You may choose to link the tag itself or provide a text link beneath the tag.  To make it easier for you, you may copy this and place it under your tag.  Tag by: Lysa's Pixel Palace

2. You may use them in emails, websites, message boards etc.  If using them on a website you MUST have a no right click script added.  You may NOT put a general credits link on a credits page you must place a text link below the tag itself as state above.

3. You may NOT remove the name I put on there and put in another name.

4. You may NOT edit the tag in any way shape or form either by changing the name, removing pieces of the tag or adding to the tag.

5. You may NOT create stationary or websets with your tags.

6. If you request a name that is too long I reserve the right to change the font and size as needed.

7. Special symbols are not available in most fonts so it's highly unlikely that you will get the symbols.  Please be aware of that when you order.

8. Sometimes I forget what font I used in the sample so if I use a different font on your order I either forgot or I found one I like better.
